A deposit (also known as a retainer) is required in many tattoo parlors to schedule and hold your appointment. The deposit is applied to the cost of the tattoo on the day that it is completed unless there is a less than 72 hour reschedule or a no-show. In the event of a cancelation, the deposit is forfeited.
Once available appointment dates are sent, they will be held for 24 hours before offering to other clients looking to book.
The deposit can be paid here or in the shop. In the event of a less than 72 hour reschedule or no-show, the deposit is kept and non-refundable.
In the event that you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is kept and non-refundable.
Health Department Requirements for tattoo and piercing procedures:
1. 18+ clients must have an Unexpired, government issued photo ID. Passport, drivers license or state ID are all acceptable.
2. For minors, we must have a parent or legal guardian present for the full duration of service. They must have an unexpired, government issued photo ID with them. If it is a legal guardian bringing the minor, then we must also have the legal guardianship papers. We also must have the minor’s birth certificate. If the minor has a photo ID, that is simply a bonus 🙂
